Tour Information

• We would love to show you around! MECA offers group tours of both CenturyLink Center Omaha and TD Ameritrade Park Omaha. Guests may choose to tour either one or both of the facilities. Tours may be arranged by contacting MECA at info@mecaomaha.com or at 402.341.1500.


• You will be the focus of day! To make sure the tour is worth your time, we want you to have our full attention and to have access to as many behind-the-scenes places as possible. Therefore, tours are not given before or during concerts, games or other major events.


• Tours must be scheduled a minimum of eight (8) business days in advance.


• Tour dates may only be arranged up to eight (8) weeks in advance. This is to ensure a show or sporting event does not book over your very important date.


• A nominal fee is charged for all tours. It is based on the number of participants and includes parking. Please call for prices.


• We ask that tours be paid in advance so that the guides can focus their full attention on giving the best tour possible without having to delay the group for accounting matters.


• And speaking of tour guides, ours are the best! They’ve worked it all, seen it all and have great stories to share. Tours are guided by knowledgeable members of the MECA team and include all major public areas, private suite and club spaces and behind-the-scenes areas. Please note, some spaces may be restricted for some tours, depending on the ongoing activities in the buildings.


• There is always a slight chance the building will be booked for a major event after you schedule your date. Should that happen, we will work with you to find the next date available that is most convenient for you.


• These are big buildings! It takes awhile to see everything. Tours of each facility will last approximately an hour. A tour of both facilities will last approximately two hours and 15 minutes to account for the walking time between the buildings. There is quite a bit of walking involved, so please wear comfortable shoes.


• Our stadium, arena and convention center are fully accessible. Please let us know about accessibility needs when scheduling the tour so we can better assist.


• Our tour guides want to give every member of the tour the best experience possible. To ensure they are able to focus on that goal, student tours require chaperones. At least one (1) adult must be present for every ten (10) children. MECA will not provide chaperones.


• The shows go on and so do the tours. Our guides will not let a little snow or rain stop them. However if you would rather not tour due to inclement weather, we will be glad to work with you. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make alternate arrangements.


• Your plans changed? We understand. Just let us know. Tours cancellation may be made up to 48 hours before the tour to receive a full refund.
